“I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.”
My mission trip to Ecuador was an experience I will always be grateful for. I had the opportunity to meet so many amazing people, experience a different culture, and serve others in ways that were very meaningful to me. Even though the trip was only a week, I made connections and memories that I know will stay with me for a long time. It reminded me how important it is to appreciate the little things in life and to be present with the people around me.
This trip also helped me grow so much in my faith. Being surrounded by people who shared the same love for God and seeing the joy and kindness of the people we met strengthened my relationship with Him. I learned that faith is not only about what you believe, but also about how you treat and serve others. I came home from Ecuador feeling more grateful, more connected to my faith, and inspired to continue living it out in my everyday life.
